Our beef mince has the perfect fat ratio for all manner of dishes, from homemade burgers to cottage pies, and has a deep flavour that comes only from Dexter cows eating a diverse diet.
 
We butcher all of the muscles from our 100% grass-fed beef shoulder and neck, immaculately trim them of any excess fat before giving them a coarse grind. The result? Tasty beef mince with enough character and bite to make even the simplest meal flavoursome and interesting.
